Star Wars 7 Trailer 2 Thoughts [Dplante Films]

So the new Star Wars teaser just landed... yea, it's considered a teaser, the second one, which means they probably plan on spoiling the entire thing through five trailers or something... but aside from those complaints on the modern day film industry what did I even think about it? I mean, I was hyped for the first trailer, but did my hype remain?

Well, I have been very interested in this new film just because the director is very credible, and the material is very “immaculate” in some people's eyes, so I doubt they would screw it up. And of course just seeing lightsabers and fighting and stuff is cool because sadly you can't do any of those things in real life. I know, right? Tragic. However, I haven't really been waiting my face off over the second trailer, and that has more to do with my life and school and stuff. But nevertheless, today the newest trailer was dropped, and I am here to share with you a glass of my home made opinion juice. Well, I'm gonna be honest, my blood isn't really pumping after this trailer. Now granted I'm running on 3 hours of sleep at the moment and that is 90% why. In fact, I'm sure that in an hour I will be watching this over and over again. What I find most interesting, oddly, is the opening narration. This character speaks about the bloodline of the force in his family, but if you listen carefully you can hear a faint echo of a deeper male voice repeating his words. This could mean literally anything of course, and I would like to hear what you guys have to say. Personally, I think it is Luke speaking from the dead. The next thing that got me was the direction its self. It mostly looks really solid. The one little tiny thing that I thought could bode badly is that the film is using synthetic, cgi snap zooms at times, which could prove... annoying... But we have also been exposed to something that I am EXTREMELY excited for, and that is what looks to be a cult made to replicate the dark side. I think that looks super cool and is a very good idea, especially because it seems to be grown out of Tatooine.
And of course we get our first glimpse of Han and Chewie. I personally wish they had introduced them is a better way, but whatever. This was cool. It was clearly meant to be a message saying “Yeaaa, they're coming back!”

Thank you guys for reading, and I hope you like this extra special little treatlet that I made just for you guys :D
